The Problem
A WordPress and BuddyBoss community with 800+ active subscribers, 8 LearnDash courses, and a growing affiliate program had hit the ceiling of what the existing infrastructure could handle. LearnDash query volume was dragging down site performance, and the affiliate program was growing beyond manual management capacity.
The Solution
Full-stack WordPress optimization targeting the LearnDash performance bottleneck, combined with FunnelKit checkout funnels to improve conversion. A custom cart abandonment system was built in PHP to recover lost revenue. WP Fusion handled tag-based membership enforcement, and Everflow was configured to manage 44+ affiliate offers across the ecosystem and three sister brands.
